Terms and Conditions
- Parramatta residents can receive up to $100 rebate on eligible items.
- Maximum rebate amount is $100 per household.
- This rebate can be used for sanitary items including reusable pads, cups, period underwear, and wet bags.
- Residents can claim a maximum of one 'Sanitary' rebate and one 'Nappy' rebate per household. Separate applications must be made for each program.
- A full copy of the receipt or proof of purchase must be supplied. It must include the retailers name, date, and clear identification of name and cost of each individual item purchased.
- Proof of purchase must be no older than three months.
- The applicant must provide a proof of residence, e.g rates notice or utility bill.
- The City of Parramatta holds the right to reject any application.
- The timeframe for this offer depends on funds available.
- By accepting this rebate, participants agree to be contacted six months following receipt of the rebate to take part in a user survey.
LEGAL NOTICE: It is an offence to knowingly provide false or misleading information to a public authority or a person performing duties under state and federal laws in Australia. Penalties include heavy fines and/or multi-year prison sentences. Any suspected fraudulent claims will be referred to the relevant authorities for investigation.
